Calcium in milk is one of the best nutrition for bone health as calciumis more readily absorbed. For maximum results should be consumed milk at night.

According Fiastuti, vitamin D and calcium should be satisfied sincea young age because of bone density reaches its peak at age 30.
"Bone density decreased with age. At the age of 30 years the speed of the process of bone destruction is greater than the speed of the process of bone loss," he explained.
