Bone density can be improved with specific food sourceunfortunately the body's ability to absorb calcium is often disturbed by some of the food we eat.
Salty foods.  Foods containing salt is too high can make the calcium in the body is reduced so that bone density decreasesAccording to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, USA. Avoid food products containing more than 20 percent salt, such as canned food, potato chips, and frozen foods.

Contain Oxalates. High food content sources will interfere with the absorption of calcium oxalates. Oxalates or oxalic acid found insome plant species, such as green leafy vegetables, spinach, and several kinds of nuts.

Alcohol and Caffeine. Most people who are alcoholics have low bone density because of the habit of drinking alcohol can reduce the storage of calcium by the body. Similarly, caffeinated beverages such as tea or coffee that interfere with calcium absorption. Therefore those who like coffee or tea is recommended to increase calcium intake.

Fast food. Fat content, high sodium and sugar in fast food can lead to decreased bone density. Moreover, people usually eat ready meals plus soft drinks. When this habit is done since a teenager, the risk of lower bone mass in adulthood more quickly occur.
