Vegetables are a source of fiber and vitamins that we must consume. Research shows, including the type of vegetable broccoli that have the ability to improve the health of the digestive organs, especially to prevent colitis.

The results showed, fiber from vegetables, such as those derived from broccoli, turned out to prevent bacterial entry into intestinal cells. Currently, the experts was examining the effects of fiber Chron broccoli on 76 patients to see whether their disease will disappear after a regularly eat broccoli.
